Why my email was not answered?
We really try to answer all the emails that we receive, however, over the years we noticed that email is not 100 percent reliable for various reasons such as:
1. email filters- either your or our mail server or ISP provider or email software may erroneusly consider our or your email as spam and it will be deleted before it reaches its intended recipient
2. viruses- our antivirus software is set to delete emails that contain viruses so if your computer has a virus then your email will be deleted before we can read it
3. server issues- currently AOL and some ISPs from Germany are sometimes but not always having problems reaching us for some reason; you get an incorrect message stating that our email address does not exist
4. mailbox full- sometimes you try to send us emails from a full mailbox to which it is impossible to reply because our response to you is returned to us with message "mailbox full"
So do not necessarily hold it against us if we fail to answer your email. Please understand that we want to answer all the emails but your email may be one of those that comprise less than 1 percent when it may not be working so if you are having problems emailing us please call us or send an email to:
